Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of AURUM Preview, including the AURUM website, demonstration portal, and related testing features.

AURUM Preview is a product demonstration environment. It does not provide a bank account, deposit account, debit card, payment service, investment service, or real-money transfer service.

You may use AURUM Preview only if you provide accurate account information and use the service in a lawful manner.

Do not enter actual Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, payment-card details, bank-login credentials, or other highly sensitive financial information into the Preview environment.

Balances, transactions, cards, transfers, requests, and other activity shown in AURUM Preview are simulated unless AURUM clearly tells you otherwise in writing.

Demo balances have no monetary value. They cannot be withdrawn, transferred, exchanged, redeemed, or treated as evidence of a financial account.

You may not use AURUM Preview to attempt fraud, test unauthorized access, interfere with the service, scrape account data, impersonate another person, upload malicious code, or violate applicable law.

AURUM may suspend or terminate Preview access when we reasonably believe use of the service presents a security, legal, operational, or reputational risk.

You are responsible for protecting your password and for activity performed through your Preview account. Notify AURUM promptly if you believe your account or credentials may have been compromised.

Do not reuse a password that you use for your email, bank, payment, or other sensitive accounts.

AURUM may modify, pause, replace, or discontinue any part of AURUM Preview at any time. Features shown in the Preview may not be included in a future product.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or preservation of Preview data.

The AURUM name, design, interface, branding, text, and software are owned by AURUM or its licensors. These Terms do not give you ownership of any AURUM intellectual property.

AURUM Preview is provided on an as-is and as-available basis for testing and product evaluation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AURUM disclaims warranties not expressly stated in these Terms.

AURUM is not liable for losses arising from your use of simulated balances, demo transactions, unavailable Preview features, or reliance on Preview information as financial advice or as evidence of a real account.
